  1. What types of turnkey solutions do you offer?
We provide end-to-end project development and implementation for test kit production facilities, syringe manufacturing, medical plastic components, blood collection tube production, pharmaceutical preparation and packaging systems, full laboratory setups, and pneumatic tube systems.

  2. Do you operate in the United States?
Yes. We actively design and implement projects in the U.S., with experience in meeting FDA regulations and standards. We also provide local installation support and FDA compliance consultancy.

  3. What is the average project delivery timeline?
Depending on the project scope and regulatory requirements, completion typically takes between 4 to 12 months. For U.S.-based projects, the timeline is adjusted to include FDA application and approval phases where necessary.

  4. Are the facilities you build compliant with international standards such as GMP, ISO, or FDA?
Absolutely. All facilities are designed to meet GMP, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 standards. Full documentation and validation services are provided.

  5. Do you use your own equipment or work with third-party suppliers?
We offer both options. We manufacture our own equipment for certain systems, and we also integrate third-party equipment from globally recognized suppliers when required.

  6. What does your technology transfer service include?
Our technology transfer package includes production protocols, equipment configurations, validation procedures, training manuals, and process optimization. On-site staff training is also provided, especially for U.S. operations.

  7. What types of laboratories do you set up?
We build laboratories for clinical diagnostics, molecular biology, food safety, environmental testing, veterinary applications, R&D, and quality control — all tailored to customer needs.

  8. Where are pneumatic tube systems typically used?
Pneumatic tube systems are widely used in hospitals (especially for lab-sample transport) and in industrial settings for fast and secure document or material transfer. For U.S. clients, we offer system integration with existing hospital or facility software.

  9. Do you offer financing options for your projects?
Yes. We assist in building financing structures through leasing, private investment, government incentives, or international credit lines. Feasibility studies and ROI projections are also part of our offering.

  10. Do you provide after-sales technical support and maintenance?
Yes. We offer full after-sales service, including remote support, periodic maintenance, calibration, spare parts, and re-validation services. For U.S. customers, we also provide local partner support and 24/7 technical assistance.
